Dear Friends,
The disciplines of Lent have created a space for the Risen Christ! If you participated in Dr. Kelly's series, "Why Am I a Catholic? Because I THINK like a Catholic?" or Sr. Mary Louise Heffernan's "Praying with Art" series or any one of the retreats sponsored by Transfiguration, no doubt your Lenten experience was enhanced and expanded.
As we ease into the Easter Season, many of our adult formation opportunities are coming to a gentle conclusion. Soon the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius in the 19th Annotation format will be drawing to a close and twelve parishioners will join the company of others who have embraced Ignatius' mandate "to set the world ablaze" with the love of Christ.
You can look forward to an exciting new Fall 2010 season of adult formation opportunities that will include ventures into scripture, Catholic Life and Christian Spirituality.
