Conflict Resolution Skills for an Intimate Marriage

Facilitator: Dennis Boike, PhD
Wednesday, October 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2010: 7:30 - 9:00 PM Education Building

Today marriage requires more skill in negotiation between partners than ever before because there is less that is automatically accepted and more that needs to be decided. The best predictor of marital satisfaction and success is how differences, when they come up, are handled. This series will focus on how to handle differences effectively and productively. This four week program will develop skills to facilitate decision making and resolve conflict.

Dr. Boike holds a doctorate in marriage and family therapy and specializes in marriage counseling, divorce adjustment, and working with adolescents.
