20% of children in the City of Rochester live in poverty. Here is your chance to make a contribution to a poor young girl’s or boy’s future. Donate a functioning personal computer to help them with their schoolwork. The PC computer must have at least a 500 MHz CPU with Windows 98 or later operating system and Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT. A Macintosh computer with comparable capabilities is also welcome. Please donate a complete system. (No obsolete systems or individual components—we cannot upgrade or integrate them.) You can receive a tax deduction for your donation from the Church, and you’ll be “booting up” a child’s future.
