Dear Friends,
Alleluia, Alleluia and Alleluias continue in these weeks of Easter joys!!!
I pray you are continuing to revel in the movements of “Walking On Holy Ground” with our Risen brother Jesus Christ!!!!
This week I was once again privileged to be a volunteer at The Boston Marathon. I have been at the Finish Line as a Security Representative for decades. Being there in person, I am always overwhelmed with the dedication and perseverance of the marathon runners from throughout our world. I trust all will go well and just one question, did you see me wave to you from the finish line?
I did cross it!!!
This week I would like to share some photographs from our Holy Week and Easter Celebrations. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to all who participated. Holy Thursday was particularly well received by our two faith communities. I would like to share two comments I received. First one is from a Saint Catherine of Siena member and the second from the Church of the Transfiguration.
“Holy Thursday is probably my most inspiring of all gatherings. It is always so beautifully orchestrated at Saint Catherine’s and the music is so moving. Celebrating with our “Sister family, Transfiguration” made it complete. The liturgy seems to reflect what Christ and His disciples shared, friendship, love, service, sadness. Done beautifully tonight and moved my soul and being to tomorrow’s sadness.”
“Father Rob,
I just wanted you to know how much I was touched by the Holy Thursday Service last night. It was one of the most beautiful Holy Thursday masses I have ever attended. Thank you so much for all the work that was put into it. We are blessed…”
I am grateful to all, to both Parish Staff’s and parishioners who faithfully made our Lenten/ Holy Week/Easter Celebrations so fruitful and blessed.
Blessings to you,
Father Rob
