Church of the Transfiguration

There are many opportunities at Transfiguration to share our time, talent and treasure through service.   

Please take a few minutes to read through the different ways you can serve at Mass, through activities at church, and through our many outreach programs.  As we are called to serve each other, note the opportunities to be of assistance to other parishioners, and also the services we can offer when you are in need.

Many of our outreach actions are managed by the Peace and Justice Coordinating Committee.  Please contact John Boroski, Committee Chair (jboroski@rochester.rr.com) or Margie Benza, Pastoral Associate and Staff Liaison (see Contact page) for more information. 

Many of our Peace and Justice outreach activities were paused during COVID, and have been restarting. Here is an overview table of the different programs, their chair, and the status as of early 2023.  If you have questions on any of these ministries, and want to get in touch with the leader, please call the parish office to get additional contact information or contact Margie Benza.
