  As Catholics, we know that the Eucharist is the "source and summit of our Christian life." But in celebrating this "remembrance" of Jesus with weekly - or even daily - frequency, we might easily lose sight of the spiritual riches this affords us. These 3 sessions will center on helping us to deepen that awareness. After discussing some of the profound theological elements of the Eucharistic celebration, we will reflect on them in a prayerful context and then share our own insights with one another. Please join us for a "spiritual pause" in your busy week. All are welcome!
