Come and be surrounded by music from the vocal and instrumental talents of musicians from both parishes! This will be an amazing concert, with choirs, bells, acapella singing and much more - you won't want to miss it! Light refreshments will be served. Join the Tuesday afternoon or Thursday evening group. This program will run for 17 Weeks, with breaks during the holidays. Groups will start meeting Starting Sept 26th/Sept 28th. Materials Fee: $45

Grief Share Support Group: Registration Now Open Starting on Wed, Sept 6. Program meets weekly 12:30 PM – 2 PM until Dec 6 in Transfiguration's Parish Life Center.
Grief Share is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences of losing a loved one. The program offers informative videos, a workbook, & supportive conversation with each session. You will find encouragement & help whenever you attend.
