Dear Friends,

It is amazing to me that this weekend we will say goodbye to the month of May and hello June!

I hope you had a good holiday weekend, despite the weather, and thanked the Lord for all our beloved service people who sacrificed their lives for peace in our nation and throughout the world.

This Saturday and Sunday we will celebrate our young people who will be graduating from High School!  We are blessed with so many young women and men who are examples of Jesus’ graces working in their lives.

On Thursday, the faithful gathered to celebrate the Ascension of our Risen Brother and next Sunday we will have our Pentecost celebration!  As Jesus promised, He would, alongside His Father, send the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit to be with us  all the days of our lives as we prepare ourselves for the Second Coming of the Lord.

I see in many of these young people the hope, joy and anticipation of welcoming the Holy Spirit to be actively welcomed in their lives!

Please join me in praying for them, all our young people, and for one another that we will be willing to give ourselves to following the life of Jesus Christ!

It is still Easter! Let our Alleluias resound and proclaim by our lives what we  acclaim in faith!

Can I hear an AMEN?

Can I hear you?

Blessings,

Father Rob
